Aelan Basket provides an online grocery shopping and delivery service in Port Vila, Vanuatu. We connect customers with local supermarkets and deliver groceries to your doorstep.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Orders and Delivery

• All orders are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Free delivery applies to orders over VT5,000 within Port Vila
• Someone must be present to receive the delivery

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Vanuatu Vatu (VUV) and include VAT where applicable. We accept cash on delivery and mobile money payments. Prices may change without notice.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion. Fresh produce and perishable items cannot be returned unless defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aelan Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
